Majestic Motors is looking to hire one full time auto body technician to join our team immediately! Ideal candidate must be self motivated and goal oriented. Must have a minimum of 3 years prior professional experience. Will consider someone with less experience if proof of relative prior experience. A good body shop technician is one of the most important parts of our business so pay will be extremely competitive. Pay will be completely based on experience and ability of completing successful jobs. Full time, weekly pay, paid vacations, holidays, and sick days. This is an hourly position and never run out of work with the possibility of adding commission on successfully completed jobs in the future as well.

Responsibilities:

• Critical Thinking:

  Auto body techs must be able to look at a damaged vehicle and assess what it will take to repair it, as well as time and cost.
• Attention to detail: Having a good eye for detail is necessary when trying to get a vehicle back to looking new.

• Dexterity:

  Auto body technicians need free range of motion in their hands and arms to work with small or large parts that go on vehicles.

Technical Skills:

Auto body techs use a wide range of tools, both power and hand tools to get the job done in the most efficient way possible.

Qualifications:

• Must be willing and able to repair rust on some vehicles.
• Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience/ training as an Auto body technician.
• Physical ability to move a minimum 50 pounds of equipment at any given time.
