Front-End Collision Estimator — Langhorne, PA Experienced Estimator Preferred — Automotive, Rental & Insurance Professionals Encouraged to Apply Team Toyota Collision Center of Langhorne is looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front-End Collision Estimator. Collision estimating experience is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right person with a strong background in automotive service, insurance claims, rental car operations, or customer service. What You'll Do As a Front-End Collision Estimator, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our customers and play a key role in managing the repair process from the initial interaction through vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and provide a professional, confident, and empathetic experience Inspect damaged vehicles and document visible damage Write complete and accurate collision repair estimates Communicate repair recommendations and explain the repair process to customers Work with insurance companies and adjusters throughout the claim process Review insurance estimates and identify differences or missing repair operations Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair Coordinate with our repair planning, production, parts, and administrative teams Manage rental and transportation needs when applicable Follow up on open assignments, estimates, approvals, and customer opportunities Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process Help drive customer retention, repair capture, and overall customer satisfaction Experience We Value Collision estimating experience is preferred, especially experience with: CCC ONE Reynolds & Reynolds OEM repair procedures Insurance claims and supplements Dealership or high-volume collision center operations However, we are also interested in candidates with experience in: Enterprise Rent-A-Car or other rental car operations Insurance claims or adjusting Automotive service advising Dealership customer service Body shop customer service or administration Automotive sales or BDC operations Other fast-paced, customer-facing industries If you have the right attitude, customer service ability, organizational skills, and willingness to learn, we can train you on the collision repair process.
