Alpha Finish is a surface protection studio dedicated to paint protection film, ceramic coating and window film for owners of premium and performance vehicles. The cars in our care range from the BMW M3 to the Ferrari SP3. The work is unhurried and exact. The studio

• Climate-controlled installation bays with high-speed doors: a clean, stable environment for film
• STEK paint protection film
• Preparation is part of the craft. General detailing is not part of this role. The work
• Full-front, partial and full-body installations, from plotter-cut kits and bulk film
• Wrapped edges, relief cuts and seams finished to a standard that holds up under close inspection
• Paint inspection and preparation, with pre-existing condition documented before film is applied
• Final inspection of every vehicle before release What we look for
• Two or more years installing paint protection film professionally
• Bulk installation skill, not pre-cut kits alone
• No blade on paint, ever
• Honest time estimates, and the discipline to give each car the time it needs Compensation and benefits
