What You'll Do Repair collision damage on a variety of vehicles Replace damaged body panels and components Repair dents and body damage Disassemble and reassemble vehicles Prepare vehicles for paint and refinishing Apply primer and assist with refinishing Perform paint blending and spot repairs Assist with color matching Deliver quality repairs with attention to detail What We're Looking For 3-5 years of collision repair experience Experience replacing body panels Body repair and refinishing experience Knowledge of vehicle disassembly and reassembly Frame and structural repair experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable, productive, and team-oriented What We Offer $25-$35 per hour Up to $80K+ annual earning potential Monday-Friday schedule No weekend work Steady workflow Ongoing training Supportive team environment Long-term career growth opportunities Ready for a shop where your craftsmanship is appreciated and your weekends stay yours?
