EAD Detailing is looking for a reliable, motivated Mobile Auto Detailer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance. You do not need years of detailing experience. We provide paid training. What matters most is having a strong work ethic, being dependable, and being willing to learn. This is a mobile, customer-facing position. You will travel to customers' homes, workplaces, and other locations to provide professional detailing services.

What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Vacuum, shampoo, clean and protect vehicle interiors Wash and detail vehicle exteriors Work directly with customers at their home or workplace Explain our detailing services clearly and professionally Recommend additional services when appropriate Take before-and-after photos Provide customers with updates during appointments Keep detailing equipment and supplies organized Maintain a clean and professional appearance Deliver high-quality results without needing constant supervision

Pay & Earning Potential:

$22-$32+ per hour earning potential Commission/performance-based compensation Tips Weekly and monthly performance bonuses Sales and upgrade bonuses Opportunities for higher-paying appointments as you gain experience Our top-performing technicians can receive priority for services such as ceramic coatings, paint correction, and other higher-value appointments.

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time opportunities Approximately 20-40 hours per week Flexible scheduling Morning and afternoon appointments Additional hours may be available during busy seasons Mobile/on-the-road position
