We're a 3M Certified installer with 500+ five-star Google reviews, and we're looking for a skilled PPF installer to join our growing team. We're seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film Installer to handle full-vehicle and partial PPF installations with precision and efficiency. You'll work on a wide range of vehicles, from daily drivers to high-end exotics, using premium film brands.

Responsibilities:

Install PPF on full fronts, full vehicles, and custom patterns with clean, bubble-free results Trim and edge film accurately around body lines, mirrors, and complex curves Maintain a clean, organized install bay and properly care for tools/equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members about timelines and vehicle condition Maintain quality standards consistent with 3M/shop certification requirements

Requirements:

required — please include experience details or a portfolio Proficiency with plotter-cut and hand-cut/bulk film installation Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for precision trimming Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under deadlines Valid driver's license (may need to move vehicles or travel between locations) Own basic hand tools a plus

Preferred:

Experience with 3M, XPEL, SunTek, or similar premium film brands Ceramic coating or additional detailing skills Experience with plotter software/design cutting

Pay:

Competitive, based on experience
