About C&J Detailing C&J Detailing LLC is a growing mobile detailing company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We specialize in professional interior detailing performed at our customers' homes and workplaces, and we maintain a consistently full appointment calendar. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced mobile auto detailer to service scheduled appointments in the Arlington area. All appointments are booked and dispatched to customer address, vehicle information, and service details are sent directly to your phone. Responsibilities Perform thorough interior details at customer locations (approximately 2 hours per vehicle) Complete 2-3 scheduled appointments per day Collect payment through the company point-of-sale system Document every job with before-and-after photos Represent the company professionally at customer homes and workplaces Compensation Commission on every completed job, plus 100% of your tips A standard three-appointment day earns $200+; our lead detailer's strongest days have exceeded $300 with tips Advancement opportunities as the company grows, including lead technician and management roles Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional detailing experience, including carpet and upholstery extraction (applicants will be asked to provide photos of their work) Own equipment preferred: carpet extractor, shop vac, detailing brushes, and supplies (full equipment kit rentals are available, up to and including a generator) Reliable personal vehicle Valid driver's license and current auto insurance This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
