Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Specialist to join our dynamic residential and automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to enhance vehicle aesthetics, improve privacy, and provide UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality results that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Prepare residential, commercial, -automotive windows by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application Measure and cut tinting film accurately to fit various vehicle models and window sizes Apply window tint films using specialized tools, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes with attention to detail Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer specifications Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools, organizing supplies for efficient workflow Assist with other automotive cosmetic services such as auto glass installation, detailing, or minor body repairs as needed Follow safety protocols when handling power tools, glass materials, and adhesives during installation processes Requirements Prior dealership, automotive, residential service experience is highly preferred Knowledge of automotive glass, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance is a plus Hands-on experience with window tinting techniques and materials is essential Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) considerations during installations is advantageous Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools and power tools are necessary for precise work Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts or materials safely during installations or repairs Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in all tasks Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role Join us if you're passionate about automotive customization and eager to grow your skills in a lively environment that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction!
