We are seeking a dependable and experienced automotive glass technician to join our dealership. This position is responsible for removing, installing, and replacing automotive glass while maintaining high standards for workmanship, vehicle protection, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Remove and replace windshields, door glass, back glass, and other automotive glass. Properly prepare glass and vehicle surfaces for installation. Apply primers, urethane, adhesives, and sealants according to manufacturer specifications. Inspect completed installations for proper fit, sealing, leaks, wind noise, and overall quality. Safely remove and reinstall moldings, trim, mirrors, cameras, sensors, and related components. Identify vehicles requiring ADAS/camera calibration following windshield replacement and coordinate calibration with dealership personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures at all times Qualifications Automotive glass installation experience required. Knowledge of windshield removal and installation procedures, urethane systems, primers, moldings, and related materials. Familiarity with modern vehicles equipped with cameras, rain sensors, lane-assist systems, and other windshield-mounted technology. Ability to safely operate automotive glass tools and equipment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple jobs efficiently.
