Duties Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance using estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools Upsell additional services and parts by highlighting benefits aligned with customer needs to maximize dealership revenue Write clear, accurate service estimates and work orders, ensuring all repairs are properly documented Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle status, repair timelines, costs, and additional recommendations Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role within a dealership environment Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance procedures, and repair techniques including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding automotive care! Pay:

$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
