| Fallbrook, CA Eric's Precision Autoworks is looking for a dependable Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some automotive experience and wants to learn, improve their skills, and work their way toward becoming a full automotive technician. We're not a quick-lube chain. We're a busy, full-service independent repair shop working on Asian, Domestic, and European vehicles.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Oil and filter services Tire rotations Tire mounting and balancing Flat repairs Battery replacement Air and cabin filter replacement Fluid services Vehicle inspections Checking tire pressures and fluid levels Assisting technicians with repairs as needed Keeping your work area and equipment clean and organized As your skills grow, so will the type of work you're given.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who: Has basic automotive knowledge or previous shop experience Is comfortable performing oil services and tire work Has a valid driver's license and good driving record Shows up on time and is dependable Takes pride in doing clean, careful work Understands the importance of properly torquing wheels and checking their work Is willing to learn and take direction Wants to build a career in the automotive industry You don't need to be a Master Technician. You do need to care about doing the job correctly.

Eric's Precision Autoworks has served the community since 2008 and has been a AAA Approved Auto Repair facility for approximately 15 years. We're an established, family-owned repair shop with a strong customer base and a professional team.
