In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and basic repairs, ensuring customer vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical work, and customer service, contributing to a positive and efficient service environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments and fluid checks Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and service procedures Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Assist in upselling additional services or maintenance when appropriate Requirements Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred Prior mechanic or service technician experience highly desirable Knowledge of mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as needed for vehicle parts and equipment Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude Mechanical knowledge related to oil changes, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a professional automotive team dedicated to quality service.
