In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of golf carts and related power sports vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that all vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, providing exceptional service to our customers and team members alike. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on golf carts and all-terrain vehicles using specialized diagnostic tools and electrical diagnostics equipment. Conduct repairs on engines, brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, and mechanical components to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and assembly skills to repair or replace parts as needed. Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used. Assist with vehicle maintenance routines such as oil changes, brake adjustments, suspension checks, and basic troubleshooting. Conduct heavy lifting as required during parts replacement or assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work performed. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician experience in automotive or powersports repair is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive engine system repair and vehicle diagnostics. Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and the use of diagnostic tools is essential. Experience repairing all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, or similar power sports equipment is a plus. Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting including brake repair and suspension work. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and assembly processes. Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused attitude.
