WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems
• engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond
• using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans
• communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
• Complete repair orders accurately
• documenting all work performed and parts used with precision
• Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership
• required
• Any brand background considered
• luxury, import, and domestic experience all valued across our portfolio
• Strong diagnostic ability and a low comeback rate
• ASE certifications a strong plus
• OEM factory certifications highly valued
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
