What You Will Do Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, tire pressure adjustments, and basic inspections. Inspect vehicles for visible concerns and communicate findings to the appropriate team members. Follow established service procedures and safety standards to ensure quality work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Use tools and equipment properly and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Provide courteous support to customers and team members throughout the service process. Complete service records and documentation accurately and efficiently. Pay The Lube Tech Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
