Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an automotive service role focused on vehicle maintenance and customer care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in accurate work, and values safety, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. What You Will Do Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, tire pressure adjustments, and basic inspections. Inspect vehicles for visible concerns and communicate findings to the appropriate team members. Follow established service procedures and safety standards to ensure quality work. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Use tools and equipment properly and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Provide courteous support to customers and team members throughout the service process. Complete service records and documentation accurately and efficiently. Assist with other general shop duties as needed. What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in automotive maintenance, quick service, or a similar hands-on role. Familiarity with routine vehicle service procedures and shop tools. Pay The Lube Tech Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
