This is a technician-focused opportunity for someone who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and fixing vehicles right the first time . You'll work in a shop built around quality workmanship, honest repairs, and continuous improvement, with the tools and workflow to stay productive. What You'll Do Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting Complete major mechanical repairs and component replacements Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Document findings and recommended repairs Complete quality repairs in a flat-rate environment Work with Service Advisors to keep repairs moving What You Need 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and drivability skills Electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to complete complex mechanical repairs Comfortable working in a flat-rate environment Independent repair shop experience preferred Ability to work well with Service Advisors and teammates Compensation & Benefits $45
