Auto Park Imports is a high-volume independent repair facility and NAPA Certified Auto Care Center serving the Chicagoland area. We specialize in European, import, domestic, diesel, and insurance-related repairs. We are looking for a strong Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This position is the connection between the customer, technician, parts suppliers, and extended warranty companies. The ideal candidate can manage repair orders efficiently, communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and keep workflow moving in a busy shop environment. This is a fast-paced position that requires automotive knowledge, multitasking, and professionalism. Because many of our customers are Ukrainian and Russian speaking, applicants must be fluent in English and either Ukrainian or Russian. Responsibilities Manage the repair process from vehicle drop-off through delivery Write and maintain accurate repair orders Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics, repair needs, and job progress Explain repair recommendations, timelines, and estimates to customers Coordinate automotive parts ordering from vendors, suppliers, and dealerships Verify parts pricing, availability, and delivery schedules Communicate with extended warranty companies regarding approvals and claim coverage Maintain communication between customers, technicians, parts vendors, and warranty companies Keep workflow moving efficiently in a high-volume shop environment Maintain organized documentation and customer records Handle multiple active repair orders simultaneously

QualificationsPreferred:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Parts Advisor, technician, or dealership/repair shop employee Automotive parts knowledge Experience creating estimates or handling repair orders Dealership or independent repair shop experience

Requirements:

Fluent in English Fluent in Ukrainian and/or Russian Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and work ethic Basic computer skills Valid driver's license Training can be provided for the right candidate with automotive industry experience or strong automotive knowledge. Applicants without automotive industry experience may not be considered.
