Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, payments, and refunds accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces, handling food safely, and adhering to sanitation regulations. Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, give accurate change, and handle retail sales transactions efficiently. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, refrigerators, and other appliances essential for food preparation. Ensure food safety standards are met at all times by following proper handling procedures and maintaining a sanitized environment. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong skills in food preparation, customer service, cash handling, and basic math are essential. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen equipment operation. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that creates positive guest interactions.
