Quality Control:

Inspect completed work to meet quality and safety standards, and conduct final quality checks interviewguy.com+1.

Coordination:

Liaise with management, clients.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or technical role in the industry.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on knowledge of shop processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures .

Leadership:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Other:

Valid driver's license, willingness to work overtime, and proficiency with basic .
