Responsibilities:
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to the service advisor.
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
