As a Lube Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the performance and longevity of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to the service advisor.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or vehicle maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive diagnostics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
