Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic auto repair team as a Lube Technician / C-Tech, where your mechanical skills and passion for vehicle maintenance will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will perform essential services such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and minor repairs, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Responsibilities Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire service, and basic inspections. Assist with vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical issues and recommend repairs. Perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake adjustments, belt replacements, and light mechanical troubleshooting. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete maintenance tasks accurately and safely. Support wheel alignments and tire rotations to optimize vehicle performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate clearly with team members and customers about vehicle status and recommended services. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred. Mechanic experience with knowledge of standard passenger cars and automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and communication. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments and minor repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay:
$20.00 - $29.06 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
