GUARANTEED + WEEKLY PERFORMANCE BONUS POTENTIAL WE ARE SEEKING C-LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS RECON TECHNICIANS THAT ARE LOOKING TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, INCREASE FLAG HOURS, AND ADVANCE TO A B-LEVEL TECHNICIAN.

What does an C-Level Automotive Recon Technician Do? Perform oil changes and routine maintenance Replace brakes, rotors, batteries, bulbs, and filters Perform tire replacement, rotation, and balancing Complete basic suspension and steering repairs Perform fluid services and other preventative maintenance Assist senior technicians with larger repairs Perform basic vehicle inspections Identify obvious safety and mechanical concerns Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow shop procedures and safety standards Help prepare vehicles for sale through our reconditioning process

Qualifications:

Basic automotive repair knowledge Previous shop experience preferred Ability to safely use lifts, hand tools, and basic shop equipment Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Own basic set of automotive tools Why work for Sullivan Motors?
