Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Perform repairs on mechanical systems such as engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Execute routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Repair and replace automotive electrical systems and auto body components as needed. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy equipment mechanics tools to complete repairs efficiently. Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to ensure precise repairs aligned with manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and auto electrical systems. Proficiency in diesel engine repair and heavy equipment mechanics is highly desirable. Skilled in automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, mechanical repair, and powertrain troubleshooting. Experience working with transmissions, auto body repair, auto estimating, and GM vehicles preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignment and suspension repairs.
