Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of recreational vehicle systems to ensure our customers' adventures are smooth and worry-free. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and automotive systems will be essential in delivering top-notch service. Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on motorhomes and towable RVs. Perform advanced troubleshooting using wiring diagrams, service manuals, and diagnostic equipment. Complete roof repairs, slide-out adjustments, appliance repairs, and preventive maintenance. Conduct pre-delivery inspections and final quality checks before customer pickup. Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labor performed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with the service advisors and parts department to complete repairs efficiently. Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians when needed. Stay current with manufacturer training, certifications, and industry best practices. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Three or more years of RV service experience or comparable mechanical experience. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of 12V electrical systems, 120V AC systems, plumbing, propane, HVAC, appliances, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
