We're looking for a Specialist . Solutions Auto Group is searching for an experienced A-Level Automotive Diagnostic & Repair Specialist to join our Chickasha team. This is not an entry-level position. This is not a position for someone who needs another technician to diagnose the vehicle for them. And this is not a position where simply having 10 or 20 years in the business automatically qualifies someone for top pay. Top pay is for a proven top performer. If you can diagnose difficult problems, understand electrical systems, read wiring diagrams, use modern scan tools, make sound repair decisions, and consistently get vehicles completed correctly and efficiently, we want to talk to you. What Does $38 an Hour Mean? We believe top automotive professionals should be paid like top automotive professionals. But $38/hour is top-performer compensation. We aren't going to determine that simply by looking at a résumé. We'll look at what you can actually do. Can you diagnose? Can you produce? Can you solve difficult problems without throwing parts at them? Can you complete vehicles rather than allowing them to sit in your bay for days? Can you perform quality work efficiently? We Measure Results Solutions Auto Group uses Tekmetric to manage repair orders, workflow, job time, technician efficiency, and production. Every Specialist on our team is expected to log in, clock into jobs correctly, document repairs, and use the system. That's non-negotiable. We don't want to micromanage talented people. We want accurate information so that you and management can both see the same thing: What came in. What you diagnosed. What you repaired. How long it took. What you produced. Whether the vehicle was completed correctly. If you're a top performer, the numbers should help prove it. What Makes Someone an A-Level Specialist Here? We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a vehicle from concern to diagnosis to repair to verification. You should be strong in several of these areas: Advanced automotive diagnostics Electrical and electronic diagnosis Drivability concerns Check-engine-light diagnosis Wiring diagrams and schematics Scan-data interpretation Pinpoint testing Starting and charging systems A/C diagnosis and repair Cooling systems Engine performance Engine and powertrain repair Suspension and steering Brakes and ABS Intermittent problems Parasitic draws and electrical faults Domestic and import vehicles Modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment You don't have to know everything.
