Duties:

Must have State Inspection License Mechanic needed for our Jo-Dan Motors location in Plains, PA

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and suspension issues.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional repairs or maintenance needed.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
Complete repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations to customers in a clear and friendly manner.

Experience:

Previous experience as a GM automotive technician or mechanic is preferred.
Proficiency in performing auto body repairs, including welding and painting.
Strong knowledge of GM vehicles and their specific repair requirements.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose complex vehicle problems.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain repairs clearly.
