Me Auto Repair is a family-owned automotive repair shop proudly serving the Buda, Kyle, and greater Hays County area for over 15 years. Our reputation is built on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team and grow with us.

Kyle, TX Work Schedule:
5-day work week (Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week)
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a dealership or independent repair shop environment Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a variety of makes and models ASE certification preferred , but not required Must be reliable, professional, and committed to quality work
Compensation & Benefits:

meautoe78640@gmail.com Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including brake and suspension replacements, tire rotations and alignment. Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair and replace automotive electrical systems, Air conditioning systems and powertrain components such as engine transmission replacement. Conduct all diagnosis and repairs services to meet industry and manufacturer standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs efficiently. Read and interpret diagnostic flow charts to troubleshoot complex automotive systems. Maintain accurate records of services to be performed and parts used for each vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with staff about customer vehicle's needs and repair options. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with dealership experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including powertrain, alignment, and automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Experience with hybrid vehicles is a plus. Welding skills are advantageous for certain repair tasks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to communicate work load information and estimated time needed for repairs.
