We are looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our growing Service Department. About the Role As a Lube Technician, you will perform essential maintenance services while helping keep our customers' vehicles safe and operating properly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in automotive service while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You'll work alongside experienced technicians and Service Advisors while developing your knowledge of dealership service operations, manufacturer procedures, and automotive maintenance. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and routine maintenance Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance needs Check tires, fluids, batteries, filters, and other basic vehicle components Assist experienced technicians with additional service and repair work Properly document work performed on repair orders Follow manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism Compensation $50,000+ ANNUALLY
