ALL MAIN SHOP TECHNICIANS RECEIVE A PRODUCTION BONUS PAID AT 1.5X THEIR APPLICABLE FLAT-RATE PAY BASED ON PRODUCTIVITY.

About the Role As a Lube Technician, you'll perform essential maintenance services while developing your skills and gaining valuable dealership experience. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their automotive career or an experienced technician looking for a strong team and opportunities to grow. What You'll Do Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and routine maintenance. Perform multi-point inspections and identify maintenance needs. Check tires, batteries, filters, fluids, and other vehicle components. Complete basic repairs and maintenance according to dealership standards. Accurately document work performed on repair orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow manufacturer and dealership safety procedures. Compensation $50,000+ ANNUAL
