Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will keep our equipment running efficiently, support safety standards, and enhance the overall environment for staff and customers alike. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install, modify, and upgrade appliances and mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC systems, and related mechanical components to maintain comfortable indoor environments. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various sites while adhering to all transportation regulations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; utilize maintenance management software effectively. Collaborate with team members to lead small projects or assist with construction-related tasks when needed to support facility improvements. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repairs. Mechanical knowledge encompassing kitchen equipment maintenance, appliance installation, air conditioning units, and general mechanical systems. Experience with maintenance operations including repair and operations (MRO), equipment repair, and preventative maintenance programs. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus; leadership skills are desirable for guiding junior team members. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely; familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology is preferred. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members alike. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
