Job Description

Our company is looking for a groundskeeper/maintenance technician at two manufactured housing communities in Trinity and Athens. Candidates should have the following skills/abilities:

Manufactured housing knowledge a plus
Experience in make ready and landscaping
Basic plumbing including toilet installation and faucet replacement
Basic electrical work such as installing light fixtures, outlets, and switches
Respond to occasional weekend and evening emergency calls
Keep accurate records of repairs, expenditures, and make ready status
Carpentry skills such as installing/replacing windows, doors, and trim preferred but not required
Must have own reliable transportation to and from work, tools, and cell phone
