Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the uptime and operational integrity of our advanced production systems. By leveraging your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, you will drive equipment reliability and optimize manufacturing performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex issues within electro-mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maximize output. Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the long-term health and efficiency of industrial machinery. Perform precise repairs on PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic components to restore equipment to peak operational standards. Interpret technical schematics, engineering specifications, and equipment manuals to guide accurate installations and system adjustments. Utilize precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions and ensure mechanical components meet rigorous tolerance requirements. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to Lean Manufacturing programs to enhance plant-wide productivity. Mentor junior staff members to elevate team technical proficiency and foster a culture of knowledge sharing. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and machine safety inspections, to ensure a secure work environment. Required Skills Proven experience in industrial electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage environments. Strong proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and schematic reading. Active Journeyman's License or equivalent professional certification. Deep understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic system repair. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with PLC programming and advanced industrial automation. Demonstrated success in leading preventive maintenance planning and execution. Background in equipment installation, wiring, and complex mechanical rebuilds.
