Part-time / As-needed We are seeking a dependable, responsive individual to assist with occasional on-site property access, basic administrative tasks, and lightweight sign installation at our Harrison, Arkansas location. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and is available on an as-needed basis. The work is straightforward, but reliability and the ability to respond when access is needed are very important. Responsibilities The position has two primary components: On-Site Property Access & Basic Assistance You will occasionally be asked to meet inspectors or other authorized individuals at our Harrison property and provide access to the building. This generally involves arriving at the scheduled time, unlocking the property, remaining available as needed during the visit, and securing the building afterward. From time to time, you may also be asked to perform simple computer-related tasks at the property, such as opening documents, accessing files, and printing paperwork. Sign Pickup & Installation You will also assist with installing signage at the Harrison property. The signs are made from lightweight corrugated plastic similar to standard yard-sign material and are easy to handle.

Sign installation may include:

Using a ladder and provided power tools to securely install lightweight signs on the building Installing traditional corrugated-plastic yard signs using metal sign frames Placing yard signs in grassy areas near the roadside using a mallet Picking up signs, keys, or related materials from our Fayetteville, Arkansas location and transporting them to Harrison as needed All necessary installation tools, including the ladder, power tools, and mallet, will be provided on site.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will:

Be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Have reliable transportation Be able and willing to drive between Harrison and Fayetteville, Arkansas when materials or keys need to be picked up Be comfortable using a computer for basic tasks such as opening and printing documents Be comfortable using a ladder and basic power tools Be physically able to handle lightweight signage and install yard signs in the ground Be available for occasional scheduled property inspections or access appointments Communicate clearly and respond promptly when scheduling is required Previous maintenance, handyman, property management, construction, or sign-installation experience is helpful but not required. The tasks are generally simple, and instructions will be provided. Compensation Compensation averages approximately $40 per hour , although the effective hourly rate may vary slightly depending on the specific task or assignment. This is a part-time, as-needed position rather than a traditional fixed weekly schedule. Hours will depend on upcoming inspections, property-access needs, sign installation projects, and related assignments. We are looking for someone local or reasonably close to Harrison who values flexible work and can be counted on to show up when scheduled.

Pay:
