Facility Maintenance & GroundskeeperJob Summary The Corral is looking for a dependable, hands-on Facility Maintenance & Groundskeeper to help keep our property clean, organized, maintained, and ready for business each day. This position is focused on the daily upkeep of our indoor and outdoor spaces, including cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, maintaining the grounds, completing basic repairs, power washing, and assisting with bar setup and other opening duties. We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a property looking great, notices when something needs attention, and can work independently to make sure The Corral is clean and ready before we open. What You'll Do Clean, sanitize, and restock all guest and employee restrooms before opening each day. Walk the property and pick up trash, debris, and other items throughout the venue, parking areas, and grounds. Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed. Sweep and clean patios, walkways, bar areas, and other indoor and outdoor spaces. Power wash floors, patios, walkways, and other areas as needed. Maintain fly-control bags and stations, including filling and replacing them as necessary. Check and replace light bulbs throughout the property. Perform basic facility repairs and general maintenance as needed. Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas, including basic watering, trimming, cleanup, and weed removal. Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of The Corral. Assist with opening and setting up the bars, including stocking and preparing bar areas for service. Bag and stock ice for the bars. Move tables, benches, trash cans, supplies, and other equipment when needed. Monitor the property for maintenance, cleanlin ess, or safety issues and communicate larger repair needs to management. What We're Looking For Dependable and able to consistently complete work before the venue opens. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept property. Comfortable working independently and managing a daily task list. Willing to work both indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather. Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, sweeping, cleaning, and moving supplies. Comfortable using basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and a power washer. Basic knowledge of property maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work is a plus. Able to identify small maintenance problems and either correct them or bring them to management's attention. Previous experience in janitorial work, groundskeeping, property maintenance, hospitality, restaurants, bars, or similar environments is preferred but not required. Schedule:

Must be available to complete cleaning, maintenance, and setup duties prior to opening. Schedule may vary based on events and business needs. Assist with additional property and event setup projects as needed. Hours will vary and are seasonal.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
