You will be responsible for delivering top-tier pool cleaning, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring proper chemical balance to maintain pristine swimming conditions. Your proactive approach and customer service skills will help build lasting relationships with clients while promoting safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal to ensure optimal water clarity. Maintain and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with pool systems and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Balance pool chemistry by accurately handling water treatment chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Inspect plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Operate company vehicles safely to travel between residential locations efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance procedures and addressing any concerns professionally. Requirements Minimum of one year of experience in residential pool service or aquatic facility maintenance. Strong knowledge of pool plumbing systems, mechanical components, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately balance pool chemistry. Experience with pool cleaning techniques, equipment repair, and routine maintenance tasks. Familiarity with aquatic facility operations is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating company vehicles. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; physical ability to perform manual tasks using hand tools and power tools.
