•This position requires the employee to have a schedule of 5 days per week. The shift hours are 10am-6pm. Need to have a flexible schedule to work weekdays & weekends

•We currently are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technician must be friendly, professional and able to communicate, read and write in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Qualified candidates have strong working knowledge in the areas of: Patching & Painting Plumbing Electrical Knowledge of PTAC Technical/maintenance work As well as general and deep cleaning.

ATTRIBUTES

Positive Attitude, Effective Communication Skills, Pleasing personality, Good listener, be a team player and have the Ability to work well independently. Previous Hotel or Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Position available immediately. Must have an open availability.
