Diagnose and troubleshoot facility and equipment issues. Complete preventative maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe and operational. Respond promptly to service requests and repair needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Construction & Facility Improvements Complete light renovation and improvement projects including the installation of doors, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building components. Assist with remodels, tenant improvements, and facility upgrades. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project specifications. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Customer Service & Communication Build positive relationships with clients, property managers, vendors, and fellow team members. Communicate project updates and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally. Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and customer service. What We're Looking For Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, Handyman, Service Technician, Construction Professional, or similar role. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Work Environment Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Travel between customer and project sites as needed. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment. Regular exposure to construction and maintenance environments, including dust, noise, and active job sites.
