HRWhat You'll Do:

Assist in the repair and maintenance of production equipment, including mechanical,electrical, and pneumatic systems, under the guidance of more experienced teammembers.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery and cleaning equipment.

Use basic troubleshooting skills and diagnostic tools to identify and address simplemechanical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior mechanics.

Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures to ensure a safe workingenvironment. Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist in preparing reports totrack equipment condition and repairs performed.

Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job training and formal trainingprograms. Seek guidance from senior mechanics to enhance knowledge andperformance.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role in manufacturing & distribution Experience with basic hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
• LOTO Experinece Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn more advanced systemsand troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic Hydrolics experience Able to use Multimeters Basic understanding of computers and iPad software programs
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
