Full-Time, 3-4 Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing facility in North Port, FL.   • Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely corrective actions
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before failures occur
  • Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other production equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders
  • Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and industrial controls
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance testing equipment
  • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices
  • Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification or vocational training is a plus Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery and equipment
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour night shifts as scheduled Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port Charlotte, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00
