Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver exceptional service to keep our operations running smoothly. The hours for this position are 12pm to 10pm Monday thru Thursday Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently. Maintain detailed maintenance records, service logs, and work orders to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites. Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities that minimize operational disruptions. Assist in managing maintenance supplies and parts inventory to ensure availability of necessary tools and components for timely repairs. Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning units—and refrigeration systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
