Northeast Georgia Overview We are looking for an experienced craftsman who takes genuine pride in their work to join our team in Northeast Georgia. In this role, you will handle a variety of home repairs, solve practical problems, and make customers feel comfortable from your first introduction to the final walkthrough. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys hands-on variety, values independence on the job, and wants the stability of working with a supportive local team backed by a trusted national brand. What You'll Do As a Professional Craftsman, your day-to-day work will involve performing high-quality repairs and improvements directly for our residential and commercial customers. Specifically, you will: Complete home repairs and improvements, including carpentry, drywall, painting, door and window trim, tiling, and general maintenance. Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks within your qualifications and our authorized scope of work. Diagnose home maintenance issues, explain repair options clearly to customers, and communicate any unexpected conditions before starting work. Protect customers' floors, furniture, and belongings, maintain an organized workspace, and clean up all work-related debris before leaving. Use our mobile job-management system to view schedules, take before-and-after photos, document completed work, and record materials. Plan your materials and supplies efficiently to minimize trips to the store and respect the customer's time. Review completed work with the customer, finalize invoices, and collect payment through our secure company process. What Success Looks Like In the short term: You will establish a smooth daily routine, arriving at job sites on time with the necessary tools, completing repairs efficiently, and leaving every home cleaner than you found it. Customers will feel informed and respected because you communicate clearly from start to finish.

Over time:

You will become a trusted advisor to our clients, leading to repeat business and positive reviews. You will help maintain our reputation for reliability and quality throughout Northeast Georgia, operating as a valued, self-sufficient member of our crew who knows when to solve a problem independently and when to ask for support. What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications At least five years of hands-on experience in home repair, remodeling, construction, or professional handyman work. Strong proficiency in at least three trades (such as carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, or minor electrical). The ability to work independently, recognize your limits, and proactively seek guidance before a minor issue becomes a larger problem. Comfort using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling, documentation, and invoicing. A valid driver's license and reliable, presentable transportation to travel to customer job sites throughout Northeast Georgia. Physical capability to perform standard trade duties, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces (with or without reasonable accommodation). Ability to pass a standard background check. A commitment to safety and company policies, including maintaining a tobacco-free environment on job sites and in company vehicles. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Prior experience running your own small repair business or working directly with homeowners in an estimating capacity. Formal trade certifications, vocational training, or licensing in a specialized field. Your own comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools. Work Environment This role involves working at various residential and commercial properties throughout Northeast Georgia. Projects will include both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. While we prioritize standard daytime hours, occasional evening or weekend availability may be helpful to accommodate specific customer schedules.
