Experience Requirements Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift. What You Will Do As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
