Starting at $30.00/hour (with increases based on experience and skills after probationary period)

Health, dental, vision, and other benefits after probationary period Incentive bonus opportunities tied to production performance Shift differential pay Job Summary As a Maintenance Technician Level 2, you will play a key role in keeping our extrusion and downstream equipment running smoothly. This position combines electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with preventive maintenance. You will diagnose component-level issues, restore functionality, and reduce downtime while ensuring safety and reliability on the production floor. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical systems (sensors, relays, motors, gearboxes). Use HMIs to interpret machine alarms and resolve faults. Perform preventive maintenance on motors, control panels, and extrusion line equipment. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical prints. Use test equipment such as multimeters and alignment tools. Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time. Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting. Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical alignment skills. Familiarity with HMIs, basic PLC concepts, and control signals. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.
