Basecamp Maintenance Technician MLU Services - 2.5 Bogart, GA Job Details Full-time $18 - $26 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Construction painting Customer service High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Full Job Description Position Summary The Basecamp Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of facilities, equipment, and grounds. This entry-level position supports the safe and efficient operation of the organization by completing preventative maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with repairs under the direction of senior maintenance staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and building systems. Complete basic maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman work. Assist with preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment and facilities remain in good working condition. Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner. Repair or replace minor fixtures, hardware, lighting, and building components. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment. Support facility moves, equipment installations, and special projects as assigned. Monitor and report safety hazards, equipment issues, and building concerns. Assist with grounds maintenance, including trash removal and general exterior upkeep. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred. Technical training or trade school education is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic knowledge of building maintenance practices. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely. Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Good communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools. Working Conditions May require evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call work based on business needs. Exposure to mechanical equipment, noise, dust, and varying environmental conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
COMPENSATION
The approximate base compensation range for this position is $18.83-26.09/hr. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
