Requirements:
Burnishing floors Scrubbing floors Stripping and refinishing floors Applying floor finish or sealer Carpet cleaning Operating commercial floor-care equipment
Major Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled floor-care services, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, scrubbing, sealing, and carpet cleaning. Safely operate, clean, and store commercial floor-care equipment and machines. Inspect floor conditions and determine the appropriate cleaning or maintenance method. Move furniture and other items as needed to complete assigned floor-care work. Assist with general custodial duties when needed, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning. Follow company safety, security, and key-control procedures while reporting equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns promptly.
