Job Description
Clearwater Pools by Gabe is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner / Pool Service Technician to join our team. This position involves servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, including routine cleaning, maintenance, and water chemistry balancing.
This is a great opportunity to start a career in the pool service industry — no experience required, as we provide paid, on-the-job training . Key Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance (skimming, brushing, vacuuming) Test, balance, and adjust pool chemicals (chlorine, pH, etc.) Inspect and maintain pool equipment and filtration systems Identify and report maintenance or repair needs Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing pools Deliver professional and friendly customer service Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Ability to operate a company-provided service vehicle Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, landscaping, or service routes (preferred but not required) Experience with water testing or chemical handling is a plus Benefits Company truck provided (for daily routes) Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Professional development and growth opportunities Consistent Monday-Friday schedule About Clearwater Pools by Gabe Clearwater Pools by Gabe is a locally owned and operated pool service company.
