Weekend Maintenance Tech Crew / Full Time

• Friday through Sunday
• 6am to 6pm / Compensation $26+ depending on qualification
• OT after 8hrs / weekend premium an additional $1.

50/hr. / 60day probation period. Preventative maintenance focuses on weekends when plants are not running. Assist operations when plant running during weekend hours. 3-day work week that will allow you to make more than a 5-day 40hr work week.

Job Description :

ILC is looking for skilled Maintenance Tech who have had maintenance experience in an industrial type setting possessing critical thinking skills capable of diagnosing and making repair to our equipment. Candidates need to possess a preventative maintenance skill set and be able to work effectively in a small team, enhancing our maintenance programs in a safe and productive manner. Requirement for overtime would be to learn about facility operations and drive heavy equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Complete and be Competent of MSHA 24hr New Miner training
• Preventative maintenance activities along with repairs in a manufacturing setting
• 4 years of prior maintenance experience
• Learn the plants processes and be able to operate our Fine Grind facility
• "Will NOT Be Required" to participate in our rotating afterhours emergency maintenance call-in schedule
• Ideal candidate would be diverse with mechanical, electrical and automation skill sets. Electrical a plus.
• Learn and perform Quarry duties with capabilities of operating our mobile equipment
• Capable of working at elevated heights safely
• Employee would be allowed to work additional weekdays as needs arise or as individual request per Manager's approval

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Self-starter and dependable, with good work ethics
• Good basic math and reading skills
• Able to work 12hr days Friday through Sunday
• our work week starts on Sunday
• Physical requirements would include routine lifting, up to 50Ib, climbing, bending and some twisting
• Able to work in non-climate control environments including conditions of hot, cold, dusty, and noisy areas of the facility
• Successful completion of background check with pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
