We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This role is responsible for maintaining the property, completing repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers) Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Must have valid drivers license.Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per weekBenefits:
