General Cleaner / Floor Technician (Early Morning) Join the LACOSTA team as a General Cleaner with a focus on Floor Technician care , helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout a busy manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable operating commercial floor care equipment.

Job Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time) 1st

Shift:

3:00 AM - 11:30

AM Pay Rate:

$15.50/hr., paid weekly

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning throughout manufacturing floors, offices, break rooms, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, locker rooms/showers, security areas, and other facility spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility. Operate commercial floor machines safely and effectively. Strip, wax, buff, burnish, and polish hard floor surfaces. Perform routine and periodic floor restoration and maintenance. Clean restrooms, windows, and high-touch surfaces. Remove trash and sanitize assigned areas. Stock and organize supply rooms and cleaning materials. Maintain floor care equipment and supplies in good working condition. Preferred TWIC Card If you do not have one, company can provide. Must have an original birth certificate and ID to obtain.

Requirements:

Pass background check and drug screening Flexibility with schedules Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Physical requirements:

walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes, gloves and long pants while working. Remove all jewelry and accessories.
